At Uptown Realty, we manage a variety of properties in Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Boston, Watertown and other surrounding towns.
Currently we manage individual condos, multi-family houses, and mid-sized buildings. We will take care of collecting and depositing rent checks, paying the mortgage and taxes, keeping the property clean and handling all calls from the tenants. We offer a 24 hour on call service, so your tenants can reach us any time of day or night. We also hire and supervise contractors to perform any needed repairs on your property.
