Our House & Apartment Finder Process
- Simply come in or contact us by phone or email to let us know what you are looking for.
Ideally, we need:
a. Move-in date
b. Area(s) you want to live
c. Size of apartment
d. Price range
e. Pets? - We will send you out the listings that meet your requirements or you can us our apartment finder search to see if there is any that meet your requirements.
- We will set up a showing when you narrow some choices you want to see. We can also set up a facetime or skype call if you are remote.
- Once you pick a rental, you would fill out an application. We do a credit check and present your application to the owner for a final decision.
- Once you have been accepted, you will need to fill out some leasing paperwork which can be signed in person or electronically.
- You would need to pay the agreed upon deposit & upfront rental payments by check, cash, or by bank transfer to our account.
While this seems pretty straight forward, we understand this process can take some time depending on the current market and what choices you have.

What will this cost me?
For our services, we are usually paid one month’s rent. Sometimes the landlord will pay us the entire fee. Sometimes the landlord and tenant will split the fee (1/2 month rent each). Sometimes the tenant will pay the entire fee. Whatever the situation is we will make you aware of it BEFORE you see any apartment. We give you a ‘Fee Disclosure Form’ that breaks out any/all fees if you get accepted for an apartment. There are no fees or charges to look at any apartments.
